How to use: Boil three cups of water. Remove from heat pour into a bowl then add about 10gr (1-2 tablespoons) of flowers. A little goes a long way since these are so active. Cover with a lid or plate (no plastic!) and steep for 5 minutes. Throw a towel over your head, hold your face over the steaming bath, close your eyes for 10 and let the steam open your pores and soul. Rinse your face after with cool water. If you are on the run, soak a soft washcloth and apply as a compress.

One jar holds about 30 steams.
