How To Use:

1. Press the brush into the base of your lashes and wiggle it upward, with the curve of the brush following the natural curve of your eye.
2. For more natural-looking volume, apply one coat. For a more dramatic effect, wait 30 seconds and apply another coat.
3. Pairs well with 10-Second Eyeshadow for a quick, easy, full eye look.
