ILIA - Clean Line Gel Liner

ILIA cleanly formulated (Carbon Black and Cyclomethicone-free) soft tip gel eyeliner.

How it works: Clean Line Gel Liner glides effortlessly and allows you to blend out easily before setting. Once set, it stays put. Saturated and water resistant, this formula has the precision of a pencil with the ease of a gel.

How to use: Glide across lash line effortlessly. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look.

After using, press cap in place to ensure it is air tight. Sharpen liner when needed using sharpener on the end.

Finish with a coat or two of ILIA Mascara for longer, lifted lashes that tie everything together.
